- Custom-made or special-order items
- Consumables (like fog or haze fluid) that have been opened
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving it
- Include photos and your order number
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using tracked delivery for all returns.
